MatchRail is one of six agent products on this frame, and they all work the same way: the agent runs overnight against your own accounts, and hands you a queue in the morning. Nothing it did while you were asleep is irreversible, and nothing it wants to do next happens without you.

For this product the accounts are your purchase orders, your receipts and your bills. Closing the month means opening three documents for every bill and checking they say the same thing; do it properly and it is a week, do it by sampling and you find the variance in March. The agent does it every night, in integer cents, and only the ones that disagree reach you.

The figures in that record are counted from this product's own claim register rather than written beside it, and the date is the OLDEST verification in the set rather than the newest — a register is only as fresh as its stalest entry, and the newest date is the flattering answer. Nothing here is a round number somebody remembered.
